Information about Rachel
Fully qualified Art teacher with fifteen years experience of teaching Art/Ceramics/Textiles at all key stages including GCSE and A-Level. I have taught in both state and independent schools. Prior to teaching, I worked as an Art Director with several London Advertising Agencies.
I also have a Level 4 counselling diploma to help pupils with confidence, anxiety or who generally struggle in a traditional school setting.

Experience: I am able to advise for all examination boards. I can nurture practical skills in painting (acrylic, ink, oil, and watercolour), drawing, printmaking, collage, sculpture, sketchbook work and portfolio building.
I am a professional Artist with a BA in Fine Art and have an in-depth knowledge of traditional and contemporary Artists. It is important that learning is fun and interesting. I am patient, sensitive and innovative in my approach and differentiate appropriately for all abilities.
