Throughout my career, I have coached and mentored thousands of individuals, designed and delivered employability and professional development programmes, and worked alongside employers, universities and industry partners to create opportunities that change lives. For more than a decade, I have dedicated my career to helping people realise their potential, overcome barriers and achieve meaningful personal and professional success. My experience spans career coaching, mentoring, higher education, psychology, employability, talent development and workforce engagement, giving me a unique understanding of the challenges people face at different stages of their careers.

Throughout my career, I have supported more than 12,000 students, graduates and professionals through one-to-one coaching, mentoring, workshops and development programmes. I currently lead employability and career development initiatives at the University of East London, where I work with over 4,000 postgraduate students each year, delivering coaching, career education and employer engagement programmes that prepare individuals for successful careers across a range of industries.

My background in psychology, combined with extensive experience in coaching and education, enables me to take a holistic approach to personal and professional development. I help clients gain clarity, build confidence, overcome self-doubt and develop practical strategies that lead to lasting success.

Alongside my coaching work, I have built strong partnerships with employers, universities and professional organisations, designed mentoring programmes, developed career resources and delivered workshops and presentations to audiences ranging from small groups to more than 900 participants. I have also served as an Advisory Board Member for a mentoring technology organisation, contributing to the development of mentoring and talent development initiatives.

Whether I am supporting someone with career direction, interview preparation, leadership development or confidence building, my coaching is practical, evidence-based and tailored to each individual`s goals. My aim is not only to help people achieve their next career milestone but to equip them with the confidence, skills and mindset to continue growing long after our coaching has ended.
