Bonjour ! My name is Claire, I am a native French teacher. I come from Nantes, but my teaching has led me to the jungles of Gabon (Africa), the deserts of Oman, and to lush West Sussex.
My love affair with one-to-one tuition continues to this day; I am based in Horsham and I offer tuition for students of all ages and capabilities, focusing on conversation and grammar.

Availability: I am very flexible. I’m sure we can find a day and time which suits you.

Experience: I have taught in various capacities all my adult life. I started my career as a French school teacher in south of Brittany and later in West Africa. In Muscat (Oman, Middle East), I taught French in a school as well as offering supplementary tuition for French expatriate children and I also set up and ran a very successful « froggy club » for young children. I have taught French as a foreign language since 2000 and have undertaken various training courses.
I have been giving personal tuition since coming back to the UK in 2011 with students ranging from young children to mature adults.
My natural focus is on fun with learning whatever your level; your needs and wishes are my command !
