I am a very organised well mannered individual. Well travelled. I enjoy the theatre, my last visit was to watch "Charlie and the chocolate factory". Music events are another interest, the last event was Beyonce at Wembley. With sports I enjoy Rugby and Basketball. Out side of school I have also completed the Countryside Leaders Award and do play an active role with the delivery of Duke of Edinburgh within my school.

Experience: I currently lead the Computing Department at Upton Court Grammar School. In my middle leadership role I have experience of leading re-curriculum redesign, delivering and promoting outstanding teaching and learning and leading a team of successful teachers. I have strategically planned schemes of work that have led and continue to lead to positive outcomes for students and that contribute positively to the school’s Key Stage 4 accountability measures. Moreover, I have delivered training in leadership and management of ECDL to a number of schools and teachers. I have experience of planning and delivering a new curriculum at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 with the new reforms in place, student outcomes have been very pleasing and the take-up of Computing at GCSE and A’ level has been a key indicator of my department’s success. I am also experienced in teaching Javascri pt and Python, I have also run enrichment sessions using Raspberry Pi`s. I also mark A level exams for OCR
