I am a qualified and experienced Primary and Special Needs teacher. I currently run my own tutoring business `Footpaths for Learning.` which I set up as I wanted to offer support to families whose children were struggling with any aspect of school work. As a parent of a child with additional needs I have an insight into how difficult this can be and wished to provide an affordable and relevant service to support. families facing those difficulties

I am qualified dyslexia teacher and I offer specialist dyslexia multisensory learning programmes. I am able to assess for dyslexia. I also offer tuition in Literacy and Mathematics for children between the ages of 5 and 11 years. As a Maths Specialist I can offer specialist tuition in Mathematics up to GCSE level. I can diagnose Specific Learning Difficulties in Mathematics and can deliver specific learning programmes to address difficulties in this area.

Experience: I have taught in mainstream, special school settings and for a local authority SEN service providing assessments and intervention programmes within schools. I hold professional membership of the Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (PATOSS) and am registered as a tutor and assessor with this organisation.
