I have recently graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Mathematics from University College London with over five years of experience in tutoring young people of all backgrounds and learning abilities in their maths studies. My classes are tailored to the individual student I am working with, having a good understanding of their strengths and weaknesses and their learning abilities, creating realistic and specific targets to work on the areas of improvement.

I achieved full marks in my GCSE Maths and A*s in my Maths and Further Maths A-Levels and hope to help others also exceed in their academic performance.

Experience: I was a tutor at Kumon for two years (Sep 2015 - Sep 17) where I have worked with students both individually and in small groups, helping them to tackle topics they found challenging and to understand difficult concepts in an effective and encouraging manner. Alongside my degree, I offered personal one-to-one Maths tuition and witnessed students` grades improve drastically. I have also worked part-time for my university as a mentor to a group of Year 11 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, building rapport with them and offering support with their GCSE revision and transition to A-Levels.
