I am a professional piano and music theory teacher with many years of experience.

For young beginners, from age 6 onward,I mostly teach 30-45 minute lessons, whereas for intermediate students I usually prefer to dedicate at least an hour.

My teaching method is based on both classical and modern teaching (such as Suzuki), though I prefer a tailored approach for each pupil.

I can prepare students for ABRSM and music theory exams, or simply the opportunity to allow pupils to play their favourite music for pleasure.

I am based in South Birmingham and would suit pupils resident in Bournville, Kings Norton and Cotteridge.

Availability: I am available on weekdays in the afternoon:
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 4.30 to 6.00pm
Thursdays, Fridays from 3.30 to 6.00 pm.

Willing to travel: Home Only

Experience: I have taught young students for over ten years as a teacher at the State music school and school of art in Kiev. Subjects included solfeggio, theory of music, history of music and practical piano.
I taught in Florence for several years as a private piano tutor.
I have over five years` of experience delivering one-to-one piano tuition in Birmingham teaching children of primary and early secondary school age. I have prepared all my pupils to pass their ABRSM exams from grade 1-5.
