Information about Jawhara
Experienced full time maths teacher in an outstanding secondary school. With 2.1 BSc Hons in Mathematics, 10 years of experience teaching in schools and over 3000 hours of private tutoring face to face and online. I have acquired the skills, attributes and excellent knowledge to become an exceptional maths teacher. I work together with my pupils and their parents as a team with passion and enthusiasm which facilitates pupils to achieve the best results.
I have chosen to share my knowledge of mathematics because I believe that passionate and inspirational teachers are the key to changing the lives of young people.

Experience: With 10 years of experience teaching KS3 and GCSE classes in school I have consistently worked with my pupils to achieved higher than their predicted grades.
I have provided over 3000 hours of private tutoring lessons. Usually this was done face to face however since March 2020 I have provided online lessons via Zoom and they have been equally successful.
My lessons online are well planned but also flexible to the needs of the pupils.

Jawhara has been great. My daughters confidence and ability have grown since she has been working with Jawhara. The lessons are organised around my daughters needs and she feels supported and able to ask any question. Jawhara has been patient and an invaluable help over the last few months.

Jawhara is proving to be an excellent maths tutor. I’m so pleased with the way she teaches my 14 year old that I am now organising for her to teach maths to my 10 year old! Very clear, efficient, organised, digitally savvy and very friendly too.
