Cambridge Computer Science Graduate. Certified BlueTutor. 4A*s at A-Level in Maths, Further Maths, Computer Science and Physics. Oxbridge admissions tutor. I have 8 years experience coding in Python and 7 years in Java.

My teaching style is to guide the student to really tackle the fundamental sections of their subject area. This will lead to the student not only being able to answer questions on the taught area, but to understand why these solutions work and how they fit into the broader scope of their subject. Rote memorisation is (bar a few exceptions) the least useful form of teaching.

Availability: I am available Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Experience: I have professional coding experience, having completed Summer internships as a software engineer at both PlayFusion and G-Research. In my time at these companies I developed an AI to play card games, an automatic game balancer and an in-house web application. I am very comfortable coding with Java and Python but also have experience (from internships, university and personal coding projects) with C#, Javascri pt, Typescri pt, C, C++, Prolog, PowerShell, SQL, OpenGL, Poly/ML and OCaml.
