I have found that every child is different and therefore must be dealt with according to their personality, needs and abilities. This approach, not only assists the child to learn better but also take an active interest in their development and in what they are doing.I have experience in working in a primary school setting which enriched me with valuable skills, these transferable skills, such as, supporting students in classroom settings, assisting with classroom activities, setting up classrooms to the requirements of the lesson and that of the teacher, supporting SEN students, building on the trust with pupils, coupled with the skills gained in my previous roles as a paralegal at Woodgrange Law Chambers has given me the extensive skills in providing an excellent customer service experience and building excellent relationships and trust with clients.
