Information about Amanda
I have worked in Education and taught maths for 9 years and have been teaching Psychology as an additional subject for 2 years.
I love utilising a variety of ways to visualise and model maths problems in order to improve students understanding and boost their confidence especially when tackling tricky and often inaccessible exam questions.
I currently work in a local secondary school and am therefore very experienced with the new KS3 and GCSE curriculums.
Availability: I am available Weekday evenings Monday-Friday. I can also offer weekend and holiday sessions depending on my availability for the dates in question.

Amanda is teaching our daughter for her GCSE maths. Amanda is extremely well organised and our daughter says Amanda is a very good teacher, who has identified the topics she struggles with and sets homework & practice papers to aid her learning. I would highly recommend Amanda.

Very professional but friendly. Good with teenagers. Amanda has been very patient with my son and also has come to the rescue at the last minute the day before his exam!
