I am a highly successful History teacher and an examiner for GCSE and A Level History. My experience of teaching has helped me to develop a wide range of skills including strong practical teaching skills and excellent interaction with students. I strongly believe that the key to outstanding learning is the genuine rapport between the teacher and student. Throughout my teaching career, I have been able to establish this by employing different learning styles that motivate and engage learners.

Experience: I have over 19 years experience of teaching History to Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 students. I have also taught Geography and English to KS3 students and tutored Sixth Form students with the Extended Project qualification.

Furthermore, I have many years experience as an examiner for both AQA and Edexcel examination boards. Being an examiner has provided me with greater knowledge of the GCSE and A Level courses. I am very familiar with the style of answers required by the examination boards.
