I am a qualified English teacher currently teaching in a local school. I have availability for tutoring in evenings straight after school, or can also offer some daytime slots for anyone home schooling.

I am PGCE qualified and have a valid DBS. I specialise in GCSE, however can teach all KS3 (years 7-9) and A-Level also. I am an approved AQA examiner for GCSE so have a real insight into the GCSE specifications.

Depending on location I can come to your home or can offer tuition from my house. I charge £30 an hour, or can offer small group sessions at a reduced rate.

Availability: I currently have availability at evenings and weekends for up to 2 hour sessions at a time. I can provide tutoring on a one to one basis or as small groups (discounts then available).

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: I currently private tutor students for GCSE but teach all key stages at secondary level including English Language A-Level. I have experience teaching English as a second language as well as a range of SEN.i am. An accredited exam marker for AQA giving me real insight into the current specifications for GCSE.
