After having achieved a Upper Second Class Honours in Italian and Spanish BA at the Royal Holloway University of London, I would like to share my passion for languages with young students or mature students. I am originally Italian, so I am completely bilingual in Italian and English (mother tongues). As an experienced language student, I can provide the learner with studying experience, exam revision advise, written and verbal practise, vocabulary and grammar revision, translating techniques, and listening and reading comprehension. I have been learning languages ever since I was 8 years old, and I would like to offer somebody else this gift or special skill.

Experience: During my time at Royal Holloway University of London, I was a language assistant for Spanish at the local primary schools in the Surrey area. I did one to one oral lessons and assessed the students prior to their GCSE examinations. I did group work, and individual work, discussing how to approach the exam, what to include in the oral presentation and how to build on vocabulary and grammar for all examinations.

I was also an English tutor for a company called Alice In Citta in Milan. It was an English summer camp for children between 4 and 12 years old learning English as a second language. This was a fun, educational and fulfilling experience for the tutors and the students. We taught English through games, songs, dance, arts and crafts, reading, writing and speaking. The children were only surrounded by native English speaker who has no knowledge of Italian, which meant the children had to express themselves in English.
