I am a Japanese Language teacher. I provide one-to-one and group-based tuition at private language school and in private.

I can provide personalised lessons to suit your needs and goals. My lessons will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the Japanese language, Japanese culture, and the business working environment. Learning Japanese is not all about grammar and vocabulary; it’s also about gaining an understanding of Japanese culture.

I am a fluent speaker of both Japanese and English. Therefore, I can teach Japanese with a strong emphasis on the common errors deriving from the direct translation of Japanese to English, the natural use of phrases, the cultural aspects behind grammar expressions, and Japanese cultural manners.

I use textbooks but do not over-rely on them as they sometimes use outdated expressions. I also use teaching materials such as newspapers, magazines, and TV programs, upon your request.

I would like to understand the best way for you to study as enjoyably and effectively as possible. Some students prefer learning in visual, auditory or kinesthetic ways. I would like to find the best way for you to learn quickly, enjoyably in order that you remain motivated to achieve your goals as quickly as possible!
