Information about Ariana
Hi,
I am Ariana and I am a post-doctoral researcher at UCL (University College London) specialising in neuroscience research.
I completed my PhD in molecular neurobiology in 2015 and now have a total of 13 years working in academia as a biologist. I also have years of experience in teaching, including giving lectures to MSc students at UCL.
Availability: Weekly evenings after 5pm.
Saturdays during the day.
Willing to travel: Home Only
Experience: My first experience in teaching started as an undergraduate student in Malta (my home country) where I used to teach English to foreign students as a Summer job.
During my PhD and post-doctoral years in London I have given lectures in relation to Dementia and basic neuroscience as well as supervised MSc and undergraduate students.
I also have years of experience in scientific writing, writing grant and fellowship as well as academic job applications and am well-versed in the language that is required for a successful uni application.
