I hold a doctorate in Religious Studies, focused on the interaction of Christian Theology and Islamic Law. I also studied Religious Studies for my undergraduate degree, which included work on Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, and Islam.
Before university, I completed the International Baccalaureate including French, English, and History at higher level, and Physics, Economics, and Maths at standard level.

Availability: I am available most days, preferably in the afternoons or evening. I can either be flexible with timings, or, which sometimes suits pupils better, set a fixed time each week.

I can tutor either at the tutee`s location or, by arrangement, can tutor on site.

Experience: I am a very experienced teacher, especially in seminar, small group, and 1-to-1 formats, having taught at Lancaster University for the past four years on courses dealing with Ethics, Philosophy, Religion and Politics.

In addition to this I taught for a number of years with the Territorial Army, and have a great deal of experience working through essays, pieces of coursework, and more involved projects.

I am also an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, the body charged with maintaining the quality of teaching in the UK.
