I have a single honours English Degree from Glasgow University and studied for my Post Grad Diploma in Education at The University of the West of Scotland in Ayrshire, and have recently worked at a large comprehensive school in Glasgow`s East End.
Availability: Immediate if times are mutually agreed.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: Whilst studying for my Degree I worked as a voluntary tutor with the VTA and have good experience working with children where English is a second language.

John has been nothing short of exceptional. He has a real passion for helping students like myself improve. His teaching method is excellent, constantly putting you at ease. The lessons are extremely structured, john is always pre-prepared with the subject matter you are studying. The tutoring doesn`t stop when the hour is over, he frequently emails thoughts and ideas to keep the momentum going. A true gentleman and an all round nice guy. I was nervous about hiring a tutor but I would recommend John to anyone who needs a little (or a lot) of help in my case. Thanks Steven
