Experienced tutor will help you learn or improve your language skills.

I have a First Class degree in Modern Languages (German, Italian) and Business Studies. I have degree level Grade 1 Certificates in Oral Proficiency in both languages. I have lived and worked in Germany and I have lived and studied at University in Italy. I translate technical German for corporate clients. I also run my own business as a Life Coach and freelance trainer.

Tutoring Approach:
An experiential approach with an emphasis on repeating key points and finding the learning style that best suits the individual. I will identify strengths and areas requiring improvement. Tuition is also tailored according to individual needs, for example, grammar for A level or GCSE or needing to improve the language to move abroad or games and exercises for children.

Availability: Flexible - some daytimes / evenings. Weekends possible.

I have taught adults and children on a one-to-one basis, whilst studying at the University of Milan.
I have tutored a large age range including adults in the UK as well as children from age 5 upwards.
I tutor A level students and GCSE students to help them improve their grades and really get to grips with the language.
I have tutored families getting ready to go and live abroad.
I have taught courses to larger groups both in the UK and abroad.
I teach from complete beginner up to advanced levels and currently do corporate teaching work for a Swiss company as well as having several students both for German and Italian all at various stages in their language learning (beginner / improver / GCSE / A`Level) and progressing well!
