Hi, I`m Daniel! I`ve been teaching/tutoring for about 10 years now. My focus is on Maths and Stats. I was awarded a BSc in Maths at UCL and a PhD in Applied Maths at Newcastle University. I gained experience as a Teaching Fellow at Durham University and also at Northumbria University where I taught Maths/Engineering courses across all undergraduate years. It feels great to deliver a well-prepared lesson to a class, but it is 1-to-1 sessions that are most rewarding - they give me the opportunity to explain a concept in a number of ways so that a student fully understands it! One of the highlights of my tutoring was a Summer student whom I was able to help to publish their project in a scientific journal.
