Hi!

My name is Sana and I’m a MPharm student at the University of Bradford. My enormous passion for teaching and helping students throughout their academic years to grow, nurture and learn leads me to pursue my dream of becoming a university lecturer.

Currently, as a MPharm student, I’m part of a PAL leader sessions helping other pharmacy students throughout their academia. My role involved setting out teaching sessions to students who are struggling in their first year, where I explain, create PowerPoint and give practice questions of variety of topics. Also, I have previously worked as a GCSE science tutor, to prepare students with their science subjects before taking on their GCSE exams. I have used a variety of different teaching methods, each depends on students ability of processing information and their level of understanding of topics.

Previously, I have volunteered at a private weekend school as a teacher assistant for student with LSP, to help them throughout the lesson and explain points in a way it’s most comprehensible for them. occasionally, I would cover the teacher for fees classes, which means I was responsible on teaching and supervising the classroom and the students.

Currently, I work as a one to one teacher by a agency in different schools across Manchester, to help students in the classroom with their special needs whether it was a learning disability or any social difficulties. Im aware of how to deal with students with or without any disability, and know that there difference makes no different in the ability and courage of students to succeed.

Availability: My availability varies depends on the student’s preference and schedule. Monday, and weekends is when i tutor.

Experience: As I have previously stated, I have worked in a wide range of educational sects and with students of different ages, background and abilities. Starting from voluntary work at a weekend private school in Parrs Wood, to private GCSE tutor, PAL leader at university for MPharm students and a one-to-one teacher assistant to students at different schools locations in Manchester.
