I am 20 year old individual looking to help students excel in STEM subjects at GCSE and A Level. I studied electronic and electrical engineering at university and would like to help inspire the next generation of engineers. I have a passion for STEM subjects and achieved A grades in A level Biology, Maths and Physics. At GCSE I achieved level 8s and 9s in Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, Geography and Latin so would be comfortable in teaching these subjects from KS3 level to GCSE. My mum is a director of SEN at a secondary school as well as having 20 years teaching experience. This has given me insight into teaching and tutoring as well as supporting me to develop relevant resources, skills and experience of my own. I was electively home educated during my GCSEs where I was self-taught and achieved 4 x level 9s, 3 level 8s, 1 x level 7 and a level 4 in art, demonstrating a good understanding of metacognition, study skills and self motivation.

Experience: I have mentored and tutored students who attended a local grammar school in GCSE and A levels who have SEMH and other learning difficulties.
I have also tutored home educated students at key stage 3 to A Level.
I have knowledge and experience of the common entrance exams as well as 11 plus and 13 plus grammar school tests.
I have personal experience in writing personal statements for university and preparing for the Oxford and Cambridge PATs.
I have organized and delivered STEM club activities to key stage 3 and 4 students and showcased science practical skills for parents and students in my local grammar school`s science department.
I have undertaken a BSc in electronics and electrical engineering which included developing knowledge and skills in specific coding and software applications.
