I`m a р;rofessional dancer with years of pilates training behind me.
I graduated from İ;TÜ Istanbul Technical University, Turkish Music Conservatory.
During my dance career, I took part in many international dance festivals as a professional dancer and choreographer.

I am a pilates instructor able to offer one to one lessons with preliminary postural analysis and full program of exercise to teach the client short, medium and long term goals in the health related issues.

I am capable of giving one-to-one pilates lessons with reformer, cadillac and mat.

I like to help people feel more confident and happy with their body.
In Istanbul I had my own pilates and yoga studio and I had chance to do pilates with many foreigners.
I believe with the correct posture and right breathing everybody can improve the quality of life.

Availability: Weekdays, evenings, Saturdays until 2 pm. I am flexible with the time.
