I am a warm, friendly teacher and I like to put my students at ease. I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable and relaxed and my encouraging approach helps to achieve this.

Experience: I am a full time secondary school Science teacher with 10 years experience teaching all 3 Sciences up to GCSE and specialising in Chemistry at A Level.

I also work as an Examiner for Science GCSE and so I have a rare insight into the marking of papers, where students commonly lose marks and what the examiner is looking for when awarding the top grades.

I have experience of tutoring students with many different needs. From those who need to go back to basics and build confidence, to those who are looking to polish their answers to achieve the highest grades.

I have an excellent track record in getting my students the grades they want. At A Level over the past 6 years every one of my students has achieved a grade A.
