Hi! My name`s Molly. I`m 27 years old, and I`ve been working as a part-time tutor for over 6 years now. I`m friendly and easy to talk to - I know how stressful and bewildering it can be to get your head around a subject syllabus and prepare for exams! I can also remember struggling to be inspired in school by subjects that I now really love, and I want to help others to discover passion and ability that can sometimes get lost in the school system.

I primarily offer tutoring in essay-based subjects such as English Language, English Literature, History, Government & Politics, and Sociology, across a range of ages and qualification types, as well as Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning for entrance exams and the 11+. I also offer tuition in Oxbridge interview prep, general university application prep, and Personal Statement help, and am qualified to teach English as a foreign language (TEFL).

MSc in Sociology - University of Bristol - Distinction
BA in English - University of Cambridge - First Class
Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (120 hour course) - Distinction
A-levels in English, History, Government & Politics - A*A*A*

Availability: Weekdays 9am-6pm
Saturdays 9am-3pm

**Note: Due to COVID-19, I am currently only offering online tuition. A lot of the tutoring I`ve done over the years has been via online platforms such as Skype, and I use a system of screen-sharing and document-sharing so I can make notes in the same online document as my tutee, in real time. I find this works really well!

Experience: I`ve been tutoring for more than 6 years and have hundreds of hours of tutoring experience in essay-based subjects, 11+ practice, and university admissions prep. I have tutored for various qualifications including GCSEs, iGCSEs, AS Levels, A Levels and the International Baccalaureate, as well as for Year 7 and Year 9 entrance tests, university/ Oxbridge admissions, interview prep and UCAS/ personal statement help.
