Information about Megan
I am a Newly Qualified Teacher and have recently relocated from my hometown in West Berkshire to Hull. I am a warm and creative person who is passionate about education and learning in fun ways. I have a particular interest in EYFS and Key Stage 1 as I enjoy the process of developing children’s foundations of learning to read, write and count, to prepare them for upper school with confidence.
Availability: I am available all week at any time preferable for my students until September.

Experience: I have been a Primary Education student at the University of Reading, specialising in English. I have spent an extensive amount of time teaching in a variety of schools, my most recent placement being two months of teaching full time this year, which I completed with an Exceeding grade against the teachers standards. I have experience teaching years 1-4. I have experience with teaching children with ASD and can confidently cater my teaching to best support them. I am beginning my NQT year in September.
