I am a French national and I have been teaching for over 40 years: French from beginner to advanced stage to secondary school students and adult students both privately or in groups and in commercial companies as well as business French for secretarial courses. I have been working as a lecturer in a post secondary college for 30 years and also did some examining for various examinations boards. I did some supply teaching in various schools and colleges but now I prefer to concentrate on private tutoring. I can also offer German up to GCSE level. I can adapt my tuition to any specific needs and requirements, whether it is for specific examinations or purely for conversational and social purposes. I have been a Fellow of the Institute of Linguists and doing interpreting and am extremely well qualified, with a Cert.Ed., a Dip.Ed., and an M.A. in Education from London University.

Availability: Being semi-retired, I can be extremely flexible with my time, willing to work daytime, evening and even weekends. I work mainly from home.

Experience: Full-time Lecturer in French as a main language and German as a second language in a post 16 college for over 30 years. I have taught at all levels: beginner, O level, GCSE, A level and Business French. I did some examining for various examination boards such as OCR and RSA and the London Chamber of Commerce. I have a lot of experience teaching business people in local industries, from middle to top management. I have also an ESOL (CELTA) and can teach English as a foreign language.
