I`m a teacher of science in a London school, with experience of conducting training and mentoring prior to being in a classroom environment.

I really enjoy the coaching aspect of tutoring and analysing what we need to work on, so we could make progress in learning and understanding of topics covered in school. Working together, the aim is for the student to feel more confident in the topics taught in the classroom, and consequently produce good results.

I can tutor KS2 in any subject, KS3 in the sciences, maths and geography, KS4 in Chemistry and BTEC in Applied Sciences.

Apart from academic subjects, I also offer tuition on playing badminton and mahjong (Japanese riichi and Hong Kong variants).

Experience: Currently helping a student gaining confidence with his maths and science in readiness for his GCSEs. My explanations and guidance helps him to understand what he has been learning in class.

Helped a student to prepare for his science GCSEs. We started when he was year10 and the work that we did paid off as he was happy with his grade on results day.

Been a classroom assistant in a primary school, and helped kids of various ages at homework club.
