Information about Daniel
I currently work as a Senior Lecturer in Psychology in areas of Social Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Nonverbal Psychology and Research Methods & Statistics. I`m also an active psychology researcher is who currently publishing articles for journals.
While I have gained a lot of experience in teaching over the last few years, I have been qualified fairly recently and, as such, feel that I can be quite empathetic to students who are completing courses I have undergone myself (BSc and A level).
I`ve received some very kind comments from students regarding my teaching, so aim to keep this up to a high standard.
Availability: I am available most evenings and weekends.
Unfortunately, due to not being familiar with the A-level syllabus, my tuition is focused on those in undergraduate/postgraduate study.
Willing to travel: 15 miles
Experience: I currently teach Psychology at both undergraduate (BSc) and postgraduate (MSc) level. While my teaching mainly consists of lecturing, I also run workshops, tutorials and seminars and hold regular one-to-one meetings with students across all years of study. I have been tutoring students for approximately 5 years, and have been lecturing for the last 3 of these.
In addition to this, I have experience teaching students on a summer bridging course (involving efficient tuition of statistics) and also have experience discussing my work with A-level students, having been invited to speak on university open days.
