I`m a very experienced educator working mainly in the private sector. I have worked at Leading Independent Schools in the UK before moving to a leading international School

My thoughts regarding tutoring holds that in the role of a tutor, you must asses the tutee`s individual needs and tailor appropriate support accordingly. Tutoring can be an incredibly valuable option for students who need things explaining slightly differently, need help with certain topics, or simply need guidance through their education.

Availability: I am available most days, I have a timetable at school but as classes are delivered virtually at the moment, I can be available at a variety of times, day and evening. Please contact me to make arrangements.

Experience: I studied Physics and Maths at Loughborough university and since then have taught for 7 years in a variety of State, and Private Schools, including lower schools, middle schools and for the past 5 years at an independent school covering ages 13-18.

It was during my time studying for my degree that I got into tutoring, tutoring a brother and sister for 2 years through their GCSE`s. Both students excelled as a result and since then I have been tutoring occasionally on request, and worked at a Tutor Centre for 1 year, before moving away to a new role.

I am still teaching at School and over the past few years I have resumed tutoring privately in the UK and abroad and I am enjoying being able to help students in a situation that is different to a normal classroom.
