The best learning takes place when the learner is in control and feels able to regulate the process through planned interaction. My teaching plan leads the learner to engage positively, based on activated prior knowledge for all learning is cumulative. I therefore build on your prior knowledge to enable learning that is meaningful to take place. How well you learn is the sole priority: I plan all the learning and support materials and activities solely to achieve that end. The product is a student that can independently apply and critically appraise what they have learnt. A student that is thus equipped can pass any exam what is more is that they can shine - a cut above the rest. That is what I seek to develop – my mission.

After 2 Skype catch video sessions I decided not to carry on studying with Abibu. His expectations towards my time management were unrealistic for me.
I also found him very inpatient and lacking individual approach that turned out into receiving very demotivating message.
If you are a full time student or person with loads of free time on your hand I believe Abibu can help you (hence 3 stars - for his preparation to the lesson) however if you have limited time please find someone else who will understand your circumstances.

Abibu is flexible and works *with* you.
I was used to the methods that normal colleges use so this was definitely an eye opener.
Learning with Abibu made me think in ways that took me out of my comfort zone and forced me to change my usual study methods (which were obviously not working for me!).
Although it was a very painful process, thanks to this, I have passed my final exam and am now fully qualified :)
