My teaching plan leads the learner to engage positively, based on activated prior knowledge for all learning is cumulative. I therefore build on your prior knowledge to enable learning that is meaningful to take place. How well you learn is the sole priority: I plan all the learning and support materials and activities solely to achieve that end. The product is a student that can independently apply and critically appraise what they have learnt. A student that is thus equipped can pass any exam what is more is that they can shine - a cut above the rest. That is what I seek to develop – my mission.
