I am 34 years old and have been teaching Secondary English for 9 years. I graduated from Edge Hill University in 2008 with a degree in English. After some admin work I completed my PGCE in Secondary English in 2012.

I have experience teaching secondary pupils and tutoring primary, secondary and a-level pupils. I always get the best out of my learners and work with both learners and parents to encourage the best possible grades.

I love my subject and enjoy inspiring young people to succeed. I became a teacher to be able to help students with key skills and to encourage a love of reading and literacy.

Availability: Afternoon and early evening 3.30pm - 8pm

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I am a qualified DBS/CRB checked Secondary English teacher. I have been teaching for 9 years and have covered the 3 main exam boards at GCSE, AQA, WJEC and EDEXCEL.

I have experience tutoring A-Level and Primary along with GCSE level students. I have been tutoring regularly for the past 6 years.
