I am a friendly and approachable tutor with have a proven track record of gaining outstanding results at GCSE (German and French), A-Level and Oxbridge entrance (French). I am passionate about providing engaging, supportive, inspiring language tuition at all levels and to all abilities, and believe in helping learners build confidence, enjoyment, self-belief, and success to help them achieve their best.

I hold a first-class degree, Masters and PhD in French from Oxford University and have taught in secondary schools for 9 years.

Experience: I have taught French and German to GCSE and A-Level in independent secondary schools for 9 years, and have experience in maintained schools, with an outstanding track record for dedicated, inspiring, supportive, fun teaching. I have coached candidates for Oxford and Cambridge Modern Languages entrance, with a high rate of success. As a sixth-form tutor, I also advise on UCAS applications and personal statement writing.
