I have taught in High schools for 38 years and have spent 18 months as a teaching assistant in primary.
Availability: I am available between 10 am and 8pm most term days
Willing to travel: 15 miles
Experience: I am a retired teacher, leaving full time employment in October 2019. Since that date I have signed up to 2 supply agencies and have worked on average 2 days per week up until lockdown.
I have taught Mathematics all of my career and was a Head of the Mathematics faculty at Wentworth High School in Salford between 2004 and 2012. I also worked along side tutors at Manchester University mentoring trainee Maths Teachers and interviewing applicants for Teacher Training. I have also taught Technology,PE,and a little RE in my career.prior to being A Head of Faculty I was a Head of Year for 10 years, Head of work Related Learning And Manager of i2Internal inclusion units in 2 different schools
