Hello! My name is Gisela and I am a qualified Mindfulness Teacher. As well as my love of coaching, I am an enthusiast of anything that helps us strengthen or develop our understanding of the human condition. Since discovering Mindfulness meditations, I am convinced that this practice is one of the most important tools for achieving a greater sense of
well-being and improving emotional intelligence, as well as helping to overcome stress, anxiety, depression and other psychological conditions.

Experience: I have many years` experience as a Lecturer and Teacher and since I discovered Mindfulness Meditations, I started practicing and it has changed my life for the better, not only it improved my inner self but also my relationship with others. I love teaching and I love mindfulness meditations so I think this is a wonderful combination that my students can benefit. My sessions are full of positive vibes, in a warm, friendly, supportive and relaxing atmosphere.
