Information about Parampreet
Hi! I am a Warwick Mathematics graduate with 6 years experience of tutoring A level Maths. I am passionate about maths and enjoy the reward of teaching students who are either struggling or want an extra boost to reach the higher grades.
As a note, I only teach EDEXCEL exam board for A level Maths and A level Further Maths; and within Further Maths A level, I only cover CORE PURE 1 & 2, FURTHER MECHANICS 1 and FURTHER STATISTICS 1. Please check these requirements before sending enquiries, thank you!
Availability: Availability is updated weekly, but since I work full time I am only available on the weekends.

Experience: I have worked in a school as an academic tutor for 2 months after my A-levels where I worked with a select group of students from years 7-10 tutoring and mentoring them in mathematics. This experience gave me an insight into teaching and understanding how to work with students at different academic levels. For around 6 years I have been a private tutor of GCSE and A-level mathematics, and A-level Further Maths which I have thoroughly enjoyed doing. Working one-on-one with students has allowed me to build a good rapport with them and has allowed these students to reach their full potential in my lessons.

Parampreet has started tutoring my daughter for her A level maths, she has found the support to be brilliant, Parampreet is an excellent tutor, very well prepared and shared notes after the lesson which really helps with consolidation and revision. We will be working with Parampreet over the next year and I am sure this will be fantastic support to my daughter.

Parampreet has been amazing with tutoring my son for his A-Levels. She’s patient, calm and nurturing in her approach to teaching him. She initially took the time to completely understand what level he was at so that she was not wasting time going over things he was already confident with and focused on those that he was struggling with. Since then she has helped him overcome aspects of where he really could not understand components of the subject. Each session has been completely tailored to his specific needs and targeted for him to get the very best out of it. Parampreet is punctual for every session and flexible to my son’s requests.
