Hi there!

I am a recent university graduate, having studied MSci Geophysics at Imperial College London from 2013-17 and MSc Applied Meteorology and Climate with Management at the University of Reading from 2018-19. Previously I attended Reading School from 2006-13, achieving A*A*AA at A-Level.

I am currently based in Putney and looking to tutor students all over London in A-Level Chemistry and Physics. I achieved A*s and As in these subjects at A-Level with the help of tutors and I am eager to give current secondary school students the same opportunities and experiences that I was lucky enough to have.

I have tutored many students in London (UK), Reading (UK) and Los Angeles (USA) over the last 3 years, and have helped students achieve and exceed their predicted grades, with a number of my students moving on to higher studies at top UK and US universities such as Oxford, Edinburgh, Durham, LSE, Brown and Vanderbilt.

I have recently moved to southwest London and so I have lots of daily and evening availability both during the week and at weekends.

Experience: 3 years worth of tutoring A-Level Chemistry and Physics.

I have tutored over 20 students, with many of them moving on to higher education in top universities including Oxford, Edinburgh, Durham, LSE, Brown and Vanderbilt.

I have helped students achieve and exceed their predicted grades, and got them to love and understand subjects that they initially had aversions to. Passing A-Levels is about so much more than just memorising the syllabus. There is so much interesting content to be learned in A-Level Sciences, lots of which is heavily applicable to the modern world. The tech market, environmental and energy sector, the world of engineering, medicine, pharmaceuticals, computers, and so much more rely heavily on intricate science knowledge.

Through my lessons, I aim to increase pupils` understanding and confidence in the fields of chemistry and physics - not just so that they can pass exams, but also so that they can solidify their knowledge and bring it with them into their future jobs, wherever their career paths may take them.

I have also studied Chemistry and Physics at A-Level, achieving A* and A respectively. I went on to study Geophysics at university, followed by masters degrees in Planetary Science and Applied Meteorology, so I have a lot of experience and personal deep understanding of chemistry and physics.
