Information about David
I am currently a post-graduate student at BPP Law School in London. I aspire to be a corporate solicitor and am being sponsored through the School by an international law firm who have agreed to hire me when I finish my studies in 2016.
Prior to BPP, I completed an MPhil in Real Estate Finance at St Edmundâs College, Cambridge. I have provisionally been awarded distinction, though will graduate formally in October. Prior to Cambridge, I completed a BSc in Economics at the University of Bath, graduating with First Class Honours. This was a 4-year course including a placement year where I worked within asset management and investment banking in the City. I completed my school-level education in Taunton, Somerset.
Outside of work, I am a qualified PADI scuba diving instructor and play tennis to university and county levels. I also enjoy playing rugby, cricket, and golf, as well as skiing, fishing and clay pigeon shooting.

Experience: I have approximately 9 month`s tutoring experience with both private students and agencies. Please enquire directly for references.
In the summer months of 2013 and 2014, I worked as an intern for a dive school in the British Virgin Islands. As well as teaching tourists of all ages, I helped teach entry-level and advanced scuba to teenagers participating in a local summer camp. This required group-wide classroom presentations, in-water demonstrations and problem-solving, and one-to-one tuition.
Within Cambridge, I acted as a careers and course mentor for St Edmund`s College and Land Economy undergraduates, and at Bath, coached players aged 11-14 years in Mini Tennis, earning my LTA Competition Organiser certification.
During my placement year I participated in London school initiatives, helping explain financial market concepts and lingo to children aged between 15 and 17 years. Additionally, in the summer of 2009, I acted as a teaching assistant to Economics classes within a Taunton summer school.
