I am an enthusiastic Biology PhD Student who wishes to use my knowledge to help students with biology at all levels. I myself had maths tuition whilst completing my A levels, therefore, I know the importance of getting a little extra help.

I have an MSc in Biotechnology and Bioprocessing from the University of Warwick.
BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Leicester.
I am coming to the end of my PhD and wish to teach whilst I am finishing my PhD in biological sciences at Swansea University.

Experience: I have aided students aged 12-16 read whilst at 6th From. Ran study groups at University of Leicester and volunteered with Learning for the Forth Age where I organised activates and taught elderly suffering from dementia in care homes new skills such as painting, thus improving my communication and organisation skills.
I have completed training to be a laboratory demonstrator and marker for first year University biology students. This means I assist students during the laboratory practicals and teach them techniques, helping improve their understanding of the topics as well as answer any questions they may have.
