Zainab is a Special Educational Needs teacher and trainer, with lead teaching and SEN Management Experience from Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. Zainab creates practical, evidence-driven, fluency-building experiences for students with low level need that enable them to grow their confidence and succeed both inside and outside of the classroom.
Her compassion for multicultural students, commitment to academic excellence, and diverse international teaching experience position her unusually well for a competitive teaching/management position in 2019.
Zainab`s 12 years of teaching and training experience includes large classroom teaching, small group intervention, one to one tutoring, mentoring student teachers as well as management in the education sector. Her students have come from a diverse array of backgrounds and countries including Eastern Europe, India, Somalia and the UAE.
In her current year of full-time teaching, Zainab taught an intervention English Language course to 48 Arabic-speaking teenagers in the UAE. At the beginning of the year, 100% of these students were below their age level in their English reading ability. By the end of the year, 95% of these students improved by 3 reading ages -in their English reading assessments.
Zainab completed her B.A. (Hons) in Business Economics in June 2004. In May of 2009, she completed her PGCE in Secondary and Further Education and then went on to achieve a PG Diploma in Assessing and Addressing Language Acquisition. Her fascination with giving students the right tools to reach their full potential has inspired her career to date.

Experience: I have had extensive experience working with students who struggle with both Maths and English. I have helped teach students to read, where reading has been a challenge. I am able to tutor from primary through to GCSE.
