I’m a friendly and energetic tutor who aims to tailor sessions to each student’s learning style.
I grew up in the US, graduated from the University of Chicago and have been living and working in London for 8 years. I feel equally comfortable teaching the US and UK curriculums.
I’ve worked with students who attend schools including ASL, ACS Hillingdon, Latimer Upper, St. Paul’s and Wetherby.
I’m happy to do the first session for free to get a sense of the student’s learning style and see if we’re a good match.
Availability: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (times vary)
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I’ve been tutoring in all subjects - Maths, English Language and Literature, History and Science (chemistry and biology) to GCSE level for the past 7 years.
I also have extensive experience tutoring for American entrance exams for boarding schools (ISEE and SSAT) and universities (SAT and ACT).
I’ve also had a lot of experience working with students with special learning needs including dyslexia, dyscalcula, and ADHD.
