Information about Hajara
I am a senior NHS radiographer with extensive experience supporting students through their academic and clinical training. I manage and mentor over 80 radiography students per year and work as a Student Education Facilitator, helping learners succeed throughout their degree.
Alongside radiography, I also tutor English for primary up to GCSE level. I achieved A* grades in both English Language and English Literature (equivalent to Grade 89 under the current GCSE system), as well as strong results at A-Level. I use a structured and personalised approach to teaching, ensuring that each student receives tailored support based on their learning style and individual goals.
I also provide guidance with interview preparation, CV writing, and professional communication skills.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy exercising and spending time on my personal hobbies. I am passionate about helping students grow in confidence, achieve academic success, and reach their full potential.
Availability: As I work full-time within the NHS, my tutoring availability is limited to evenings and weekends. Please feel free to message me for more details, and we can arrange suitable times around my working hours. I will always try to accommodate students where possible within these periods.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I am a senior radiographer within the NHS and have extensive experience supporting, mentoring, and assessing students throughout their degree programmes. I manage around 80 radiography students per year, providing academic guidance, clinical supervision, and structured feedback to help them meet competency standards and grow in confidence.
In addition to my work in radiography education, I tutor English from primary level through to GCSE. I assist students in developing stronger literacy skills, preparing for exams, improving clarity in written communication, and building analytical skills for both English Language and Literature. I also support learners with interview preparation and CV writing to help them progress academically and professionally.
