Lesson Information : Here we will study the art and theory of photography on my 16 acre farm in Kent. Students will have the benefit of learning how to operate lights in my photographic studio and even edit their own photos in either Photoshop or Lightroom here on my mac computers. We will cover portraiture, still life and even wildlife. The farm offers a wide range of photographic opportunity allowing students to go off with their own assignments where they will be required to use their skills and imagination to capture what they feel fits best to the breakdown of the job. Students can also print their favourite photos on A3-A5 on my state of the art photographic printer at the end of each course.

Lesson Information : A class designed for those outside of the syllabus realm who are eager to improve their acting abilities. Catered for either the working or non-working actor. My studio is set amongst 16 across of land on my farm here in Shatterling, Kent. A relaxed and peaceful environment where we will cover everything from scene study to audition technique. In scene study, we will assign a scene from either a play or a film, throughout the course we will come back to these scri pts and work them in class. It will be your responsibility to get together outside of the studio and practise. In audition technique we will cover everything from, walking into a room and how to present oneself, big, small, bold, brave and what all these things mean to the casting director. We will also cover how to work the scene with the reader, what to do and what not to do. Then technique and technical. Where to stand, how to slate your name etc etc. For those already accustomed to this, we will assign scenes and have those in class act as the reader, we will then run and work the scenes. We also have the ability to tape scenes, auditions and exercises here in class, allowing us to then watch them back and critic, in a positive and judgement free zone.
