I graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a 1st class degree in law. I am a focused individual who believes in setting clear and achievable targets on a given subject area. I am very approachable and have worked with people of different ages and backgrounds.

Experience: I have years of experience of one to one teaching with young people and adults alike. I am open, tolerant, encouraging and a good motivator. I aim not just to help a student overcome a particular obstacle but to teach them the techniques to enable them to overcome all obstacles of a similar nature.

My ethos is to set clear and achievable goals for my students and a step by step progression chart of how to achieve these goals. I strongly believe that self-confidence and a can-do attitude is half the battle with students so my approach is usually to boost self-confidence and enjoyment of the subject through a gradual process of assisted learning, support and guidance. Depending on the particular needs of the student, I am able to teach exam techniques which will enable the student to achieve high grades in a relatively short time scale as well as a more in-depth study of a given subject.
