Hi i`m James, a Master’s Graduate providing bespoke and affordable private tuition for students studying GCSE or A-Level Mathematics who are seeking additional support, including comprehensive exam preparation, delivered via online or in-person sessions.
Availability: Availability varies depending on current bookings, but otherwise I can usually do any day, any time, including evenings and weekends. Please contact me for current availability.

Experience: I have always been passionate about Mathematics and I embrace this enthusiasm in my tutoring.
I have a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Loughborough University, as well as A-Levels in Mathematics and Further Mathematics from Heath Lane Academy Sixth Form.
My approach to tutoring is to establish a core understanding of the specific topic and build up further knowledge from there, including how to apply that understanding in answering exam-style questions.

We called on James to help my daughter tackle the `A` level maths questions, as despite knowing the content the past paper questions were incomprehensible to her. She just needed someone to explain how to approach them correctly, which is exactly what James did. He is clear, concise and very professional. Now my daughter is 100% more confident entering the exams. James comes highly recommended and did exactly what we had hoped. Thank you James.

We’re really glad we found James on tutorhunt. He is friendly, patient, encouraging and understanding. Our children have found their lessons with James very enjoyable, so much so, they continue to discuss what they have been learning and what they enjoyed the most during lessons. James has attending our home & has been doing face to face tutor with my son. My son is currently learning and asking many questions & feels that James is a great teacher. He has patience and is very polite & interacts with my son great!
