For me great teaching makes great people. A teacher should therefore be a mentor, utilising both a passion for their subject and compassion towards those who seek self-improvement to inspire and encourage their pupils. I firmly believe that everyone no matter their age has the potential to fulfil their ambitions, what you need to achieve this is hard work and inspiration. I can help to deliver the latter and can shape the former through the resources I provide during lessons. Together we can work towards making you a better student.

Availability: I am available all day Mondays and Fridays and weekends. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings are also good.

Experience: I have over 10 years experience teaching a range of ages from 7 to adults. I am a graduate of both Brighton and Sussex Universities, getting my BA in English Literature and Media with a 2.1 in the former and then completing my MA in English Literature and Philosophy with Merit in the latter.

I am confident working with all ages. Having worked with children and young adults with varied learning abilities including Dyslexia and Autism, and have learnt how to tailor an individual approach to each student to achieve the best outcomes. I know how to follow and deliver on strict curriculums etc and am patient in my execution to make sure each student gets the results they require. I have experience teaching in classrooms of up to 20 children and currently do one on one sessions.
