I am a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer with DBS. I have a MEng in Mechanical Engineering. From September 2013 till May 2015 I worked as an applied Maths student tutor at the University of Brighton, for all age groups. In the past I have tutor fellow students and children for free because I really enjoy helping people succeed and reaching their full potential. I like working individually with people, so they get my full attention and to build up their confidence and love for Maths. I am able to empower and encourage students who lack self-confidence by taking small steps in teaching. Maths is all about analysing problems and dividing them into smaller problems and solving those smaller problems one by one

Availability: Monday - Wednesday: Evenings
Friday - Evening
Saturday - All Day
Sunday - From 2pm

Late cancellation of lessons (less than 24 hours) and no rescheduling for the same week will incur payment due (Unless you have a doctor’s note)

Experience: I have worked as a paid applied math student tutor for 2 years for the University of Brighton, whilst studying for my Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have tutored a hand full of students for free outside of working covering maths & physics. All my students grew in their math skills and their levels noticeably increased. I try and approach teaching in a different way to make it understandable to all of my student taking into account their knowledge.
