Information about Iona

I hold a 2.1 MA (Hons) Degree from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh and I am currently studying for a PGDE at Masters level in order to fulfil my dream of becoming a secondary Business Education teacher.

Availability: I have a 3 and a half year old son and my husband may do shift work from time to time but I am happy to be available after school or at the weekends if required.

Willing to travel: Home Only

Experience: I have completed three out of four school placements at two local secondary schools covering Business Management classes and Admin and IT classes to Nat 5 level. I also worked in the airline industry for 13 years so have extensive practical experience.
