Are you looking for a tutor during the six weeks holidays? Would you like to give your a child a boost before September? I have availability for booster sessions in years 5,6 and 7 so they can hit the ground running in September.
I am an experienced primary teacher currently teaching in year 6, so I have lots of experience in what is needed to help with the SAT tests. I have a range of teaching experience particularly with junior children. I have also worked in a specialist setting for children with a range of SEND learning needs. I currently work in Dagenham and live in Hornchurch and am happy to tutor from my home or travel to you. My lessons have been graded outstanding by my head teacher, and I am happy to provide references if required. I have a passion for English and maths and can adapt my teaching to suit the needs of each individual child. Resources will be supplied.
Availability: I am available weekdays, weekends and evenings.
Willing to travel: 8 miles
Experience: I have 14 ears experience having taught in Havering and now Barking and Dagenham. I trained in year six and have also taught in years 3,4 and 5. I have also worked in a SEND provision working with children with a range of comunication and language needs

Mary is an amazing tutor she is really helping both my son and daughter in maths and English. Mary is a phenomenal teacher and a person! we moved quite far and are missing her. She started tutoring my daughter at a point where she was really stressed and to my surprise she made my daughter even look forward to their lessons together:) Mary is an amazing teacher who really cares for her students and she thought sooo much to my daughter. In a few months she was getting the best results in the class in her maths tests. Mary also instilled a love of writing to her and she knew how to make any subject interesting. We miss you Mary!!
